As the Senior Inbound Product Manager – Retail, you will be key to scaling one of ServiceNow's fastest-growing business units, focusing on Retail Service Management and Retail Operations. You will leverage deep expertise in retail operations and retail customer service management, and CRM software to bridge the gap between products and market. You will drive product strategy, execute successful product development and releases, and deliver on strong customer adoption.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and content solutions to support Aledade’s vast practice base, with an emerging focus on Aledade’s largest clients. In this role, you will partner with business owners, analytics leads, engineers, regional medical directors, and other product leaders to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approaches, and rollout plans.
